In parallel with Pfizer’s move to a beautiful new HQ in Hudson Yards, they engaged my interdisciplinary design team at Gensler to design digital and physical environments for their new space. As the service designer, my role was to create a blueprint that would incorporate digital experiences to augment in-person interactions, unify the global employee experience, and help make the company’s investment evergreen.
